In this 5-class course, you will learn fundamental dance basics, that will prepare you for open classes. Each class will also focus on the principles and terminology of various modern dance techniques—such as Limón, Horton, Mattox, etc. — and will help you recognise each style, as well as understand the differences between modern and contemporary dance. We will finish each session with contemporary choreography that builds from class to class, focusing on musicality and self-expression. ✨
