If you’re new to dance or building a foundation, start here! In Level 1 classes, you’ll learn essential techniques, terminology, and simple movement sequences in a supportive, relaxed environment. Feel free to drop in on higher-level classes, too, if you’d like an extra challenge.
level 2
Beginner
1-3 years training
level 2
If you have some dance experience and know basic terminology, these classes will refine your skills and build your confidence in movement. You’ll learn slightly more complex combinations and deepen your understanding of dance fundamentals. Don’t hesitate to explore Level 3!
level 3
Beginner+
2-5 years training
level 3
For dancers with a solid foundation and an understanding of basic techniques. Expect a bit more complexity in choreography and a faster pace. You’ll work on challenging combos, improve execution, and explore musicality. If you feel ready, Level 4 can give you an even bigger push!

Intermediate
6-9 years training
level 4
Designed for experienced dancers who can comfortably handle technical challenges across various dance styles. Classes here focus on detailed technique, nuanced performance quality, and complex combinations. Ready for more? You’re welcome to Level 5!

Advanced
10+ years training

This level is designed for pre-professional and professional dancers. You should have extensive training and experience in contemporary and modern dance styles, with strong proficiency across multiple techniques.

Classes are mainly in German, but if you're struggling, we can switch to English. Just let the teacher know your language preference before class starts. We aim to make everyone feel comfortable and included.

Our classes are designed primarily for adults. So, if you're ranging in age from 18 to 81, you're absolutely welcome to join!
