“The creative process for each project is unique and often evolves subtly over an extended period. An idea becomes insistent, until it is realized through a usually collaborative process with artists and performers. There’s a strong vision for a choreography, a mood, sequences. However, the choreography is flexible, open to ideas and contributions; dancers contribute and help shape the piece. It comes into being collectively, through the team, and in the moment, influenced by the dynamics of movement that emerge during the process.”
